Booking Conditions

Having discussed your requirements and the date, all you have to do is place a provisional
booking with us. Provisional bookings will require a deposit and written confirmation. |
Deposit & Payment Policy
|
| Deposit at time of original booking | £600.00 (non-refundable) |
| 3 Months before | 50% of the estimated bill |
| 3 Weeks before | 50% of the estimated bill |
| 1 Week after | Balance Settled |
|
All charges will be made based on the maximum numbers given 72 hours prior to the
event. |
Prices
|
|
All prices include Value Added Tax at the current rate. Because of continual rising
prices, it may be necessary to increase some of our charges from time to time.
|
Service Charge
|
|
We do not make a charge for service as we believe you should have the right to reward
good service personally.
|
Saturday Weddings
|
|
Demand for wedding receptions at the Avonmouth hotel are at a premium on Saturdays
during the months of June to September. Therefore, we require a minimum number of
60 guests for the wedding breakfast and 60 guests for the evening function during
these times. If, however, your numbers are less than these numbers we shall be only
too happy to discuss this with you.

Cancellation Policy
|
|
Cancelled longer than 90 days prior to occasion - charge for deposit only. Cancelled
between 1 and 89 days prior, 50% of the total estimated remittance will be charged
|

If your wedding party is of 40 adults or more, we would also like to offer the bride
and groom, with our compliments accommodation overlooking some of the most spectacular
water views in the whole of East Dorset on the wedding night. With full traditional
breakfast the following morning.

We would like to advise you that to ensure a leisurely afternoon your wedding breakfast
in the restaurant would need to be seated by 3.00pm
